Ragda Patties is topped with cilantro chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, cilantro, chopped onion, tomato and sev. I also like adding yogurt to my ragda, it's totally optional. I usually start the prep a night before by soaking the white peas overnight. Ragda patties is good to serve for a brunch, lunch or snack.

  1. Soak ragda 6-8 hour, than boiled nicely. In a pan add oil, cumin, asfotedia, curry leaves than add besan roast nicely than add ggc paste aft that add boil ragda sauté nicely add water as per requirement boil it nicely. Your ragda is done.
  2. For tikki add all ingredients mix it nicely give proper shape and roast it on tawa both side properly.
  3. In a serving plat add tikki, ragda and all garnished things as per your choice.
