- Take a regular mug and grease it with oil. Add all dry ingredients of vanilla cake in it and mix well. Then add liquid ingredients and mix well until no lumps left.
- Take another mug and grease it with oil. Add all dry ingredients of chocolate mug cake and mix well. Then add all liquid ingredients and mix well until no lumps left.
- Place both mugs in microwave and set it for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes both mug cakes will be ready. Let them cool for some time and then take out mug cakes from the mugs. They will come out easily because mugs were greased.
- Let the cakes cool and then cut them in round slices. make 3 slices of both cakes.
- Then take a bowl which hai can place in freezer. Set a preservative sheet in it according to he bowl design such that it comes outside enough to cover the cake from uper side. Then Set the cake layers in center of bowl. One chocolate then one vanilla layer like this.
- After cakes layered. Then take mango ice cream(ready made) place it for 10 mins at room temperature so that it gets melted enough to be set. Then pour this half melted icecream on sides of cakes. And fill the bowl until the cake layer is covered.
- Then cover it with left out preservative sheet. Cover them bowl with it's cover or anything else and place in freezer for 4 hours.
- Mango Ice Cream cake is ready. Take it out of freezer and decorate it with chocolate drip sauce or chocolate syrup.
